1: PLACING ORDER


To place an order, please submit your order via ORDER FORM.

Please make sure that the desired item is still AVAILABLE.

If you request for SOLD item, we will consider that your order is not VALID.

If requested item is under RESERVATION, we will put you in waiting list. (if the first customer failed to make payment within time, automatically we'll put your name as next customer)




2: PAYMENT METHOD


Payment can be made via Maybank, CIMB Bank and RHB Bank.

Account number will be revealed upon responding to your order form.




3: DELIVERY


Items will be deliver the next day after we received your payment (eg: If payment received on Monday, then items will be deliver on Tuesday). Please allow delivery time of 2-3 days depending on location.

We are using Pos Malaysia courier services for delivery.

No COD but if you want to pick the items yourself you can do so,  therefore delivery charges will be waived.


Disclaimer: Once PosMalaysia logged the tracking number into their system, the items is no longer CardLove responsibility.




4: TERMS & CONDITIONS


Upon submitting order form, you agree to purchase all items stated in the form under all circumstances, no back out should occur. Backout / MIA buyers will be banned.

Goods sold are not refundable.




5: RETURN POLICY


Only applied to misdelivered items. Other than that will not be entertained.
